• Account details like name and email, plus authentication data from your sign-in provider.
• Email metadata and message identifiers needed to extract e-Transfer activity (sender, subject, timestamps).
• Parsed transaction details such as amount, status, and customer information.
• Basic usage data to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use your data

• Provide and improve the TransferLog service.
• Sync and categorize your e-Transfer history.
• Secure your account and prevent abuse.
• Communicate important product updates.

Email access and content

• We request read-only email access to identify Interac e-Transfer messages.
• We do not store full email bodies by default; we extract only the fields needed to build your transaction log.

Data sharing

We use trusted service providers such as Supabase (authentication and database) and Nylas (email access) to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect your email at any time. When you delete an email connection, associated transaction data is removed as well. We retain only the data needed to operate your account until you choose to delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
